Let's take the first step

However you'd like to start, here are two easy ways. No pressure either way, and no wrong choice.

What the first session is like

There's nothing to prepare and no script to follow. Mostly it's the two of us getting to know each other, talking through what brought you in, and figuring out what would actually help.

You're in charge of the pace, and you never have to share more than you're ready to. By the end, you'll have a clear, no-pressure sense of what working together would look like.

Insurance & fees, made simple

I'm in network with Tricare and most major plans through Headway, including BCBS, United, Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, and Oscar. Private pay is welcome too. Headway checks your benefits and shows your cost before the first session, so there are no surprises. Private-pay sessions are $120 for individuals and $150 for couples, and a sliding scale is available if cost is a barrier. Not sure what your plan covers, or how it works for couples? Ask me and I'll help you sort it out before we book.
