Counseling for military families in Pensacola

For the service members, veterans, and spouses who hold the line, and the families who hold the home. I take Tricare, in person and by video across Florida.

I grew up in an Army family

My dad served and retired from the Army, so this isn't theory for me. The countdown before a deployment, the strange quiet once they're gone, the reshuffle when they're back, the move that uproots the kids again. I've lived it.

That's why I work so closely with Pensacola's military community. You don't have to explain the whole world of it from scratch.

A calm, comfortable counseling room

For the one who served, and the one who held it together

Sometimes it's what came home with the service member: the hypervigilance, the short fuse, the memories that won't stay put. EMDR can help with that.

And sometimes it's the spouse who kept the house, the kids, and the calm running on empty, and is quietly worn out. Both of you deserve a place to set it down.

Tricare accepted

I'm in network with Tricare through Headway, so cost is one less thing to carry. Sessions are in person in Pensacola or by secure video, which means a duty schedule, a PCS, or a deployment season never has to put your care on hold.

Questions military families ask

Do you accept Tricare?

Yes. I'm in network with Tricare through Headway, so cost is one less thing to sort out for service members and their families.

Do you offer counseling for military spouses?

Absolutely. Many of the people I see are spouses carrying the household through deployments and moves. We can work together one-on-one, or as a couple.

Can we meet by video if we're stationed elsewhere or deploying?

Yes. I see clients by secure video anywhere in Florida, so a duty schedule, a PCS, or a deployment season doesn't have to put care on hold.

Do you really understand military life?

I grew up in it. My dad served and retired from the Army, so deployment cycles, frequent moves, and reintegration are part of my own story, not just my training.

Do you work with veterans?

Yes. I work with veterans on trauma, including EMDR for what didn't stay behind the uniform, along with anxiety, marriage strain, and the transition to civilian life.

You held the line. Let someone help carry it.
